High Speed Cold Dryer: the revolution in food drying
Internationally patented, PIM’s HSCD system uses advanced non-ionizing electromagnetic wave technology. This is a high-speed, low-temperature solution capable of maximizing efficiency in drying processes with obvious advantages in terms of:
- energy saving (- 60% compared to common industrial dryers)
- reduction of process times (- 50% compared to traditional dryers)
- environmental sustainability (reduced consumption and recovery of extracted water),

all respecting the organoleptic qualities of the raw material and in full compliance with the Industry 4.0 requirements.
